I have forgotten my password, how do I find out what it is?
If you have forgotten your password, you may be issued a new one from the candidate login screen.  Enter your email address, as registered on Solarjobs.com, into the forgotten password box and press "Submit".  A new password will be generated and emailed to you.  You should use this password within 24 hours of requesting it, otherwise it will expire.  Your original password will be usable until such time that you log in with the new one.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password through the registration form, by going to Career Manager and selecting Update Your Details.

I am having problems logging into Solarjobs.com
If you find that you keep getting "logged out" of Solarjobs.com as soon as you login, it may be that your computer is blocking session cookies.  This memory resident browser cookie is required for the website to keep you logged in.  It does not present any security risk to your computer or your data, and does not contain any user identifiable information.
