Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Initiate, coordinate,and contribute to projects relating to
grid technology and grid integration ofsolar photovoltaics (PV).
- Develop and managecontent for an EU-financed project analyzing
and comparing the grid connection regulationsof various EU member
states, as well as potential technical and regulatorymeasures to
improve grid integration of solar electricity.
- Your projects will aimto improve the stability and solar
integration capacity of the electricity gridencompassing both
regulatory and technical considerations (including
feed-inmanagement, storage, and grid services).
- Serve as BSW-Solar'smain contact and coordinator for internal
and external questions relating togrid connection of PV systems.
- Represent BSW-Solar innational and international committees and
organizations, and coordinate member workgroups addressing relevant
technical topics.
- Close teamwork withmember organizations, partner associations,
grid operators, and experts.
- Present on gridintegration issues at national and international
events.
- Utilize and strengthenBSW-Solar's strong network of subject
matter experts and partner associations,and support the BSW-Solar
team in answering technical questions.
Qualifications :
- Project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree(minimum) in electrical engineering, energy
engineering, economics, economic engineeringor related disciplines.
- Prior experience ingrid integration of PV or other
technologies.
- Ability to quickly master the details of this complex technical
and regulatory topic.
- Good communication andorganizational skills, as well as a
strong command of written and spoken English and German. Additional
languages a plus.
- Familiarity with standard Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent time management, flexibility, and follow-through.
