The successful applicant will be required to supporttheCountryManager whilst also carrying out the followingduties
Handle customer issues, order resolutions,authorizations,andgeneral follow-up as needed for customersatisfaction.
Maintain and update customer information on CRM

Review, prepare and process new orders along with changestoexistingorders and complete required order acknowledgementandcustomercorrespondence

The potential candidate will be highly  motivated,havegoodcommunication skills, and account managementexperience.Experienceof the Solar sector wont be necessary
